1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and oklj ("oklj", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the oklj website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise accessing any part of the oklj Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other policies and guidelines incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to use the Platform and must immediately discontinue all access. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any modifications.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with oklj or use any of our gaming services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years old and can provide documentary proof of age upon request;
• You possess full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under Philippine law;
• You are not prohibited by law from gambling or accessing online gaming services;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Geographic Restrictions

The oklj Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are not located in any territory where such activities are prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions at our sole discretion and may require verification of your location through IP address tracking, geolocation services, or other means.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create an oklj account, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You may only maintain one (1) account with oklj. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

2.4 Account Verification

Oklahoma may require you to submit documentation verifying your identity, age, and address before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include valid Philippine government-issued IDs (passport, driver's license, UMID, postal ID, voter's ID), recent utility bills, bank statements, or other documents demonstrating proof of residence. Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any other login credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify oklj of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You acknowledge that you are liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of unauthorized access.

3.2 Account Usage Restrictions

Your oklj account is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your account to another person. You may not allow any other person to access your account or use your account credentials. You are prohibited from using the Platform through any automated means, including bots, scripts, or web scrapers. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or gain unfair advantage through technological means will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

Oklahoma accepts deposits via various payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks, over-the-counter payments through 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and cryptocurrency where available. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or where required by applicable law.

4.2 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your oklj account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of crime, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds, particularly for large or frequent deposits. You agree to cooperate fully with any such requests. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to Philippine financial authorities.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions on the oklj Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Oklahoma does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own fees, charges, or foreign exchange conversion costs for which oklj is not responsible. You acknowledge that currency exchange rates may fluctuate and affect the value of deposits or withdrawals conducted in currencies other than PHP.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to these Terms and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Oklahoma processes withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on your chosen withdrawal method and may take additional time due to payment provider processing schedules. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in your account dashboard. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account status, verification level, and payment method.

5.2 Verification Requirements for Withdrawals

Oklahoma reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000, or withdrawals that trigger anti-money laundering protocols. You must withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name matching the name on your oklj account. Third-party payments or withdrawals to accounts not belonging to you are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawal requests may be delayed, declined, or reversed if: your account is under investigation for suspected fraud, abuse, or terms violations; you have not met applicable bonus wagering requirements; your account verification is incomplete or documents are insufficient; we suspect money laundering or other illegal activity; or there are insufficient funds in your account balance. Oklahoma may also reverse withdrawals if we discover after processing that funds were obtained through fraud, bonus abuse, or other violations of these Terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

Oklahoma may offer various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, and other incentives ("Bonuses") from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limitations, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and other conditions disclosed in the promotion's terms. Failure to comply with any Bonus term will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it. Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before Bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times; using VPNs or location-masking technology to claim region-restricted Bonuses; colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements; employing betting strategies designed to guarantee profits while meeting wagering requirements (hedging); or any other activity that provides an unfair advantage or exploits Bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their intended recreational purpose. Oklahoma reserves the right to void Bonuses, confiscate winnings, and terminate accounts engaged in Bonus abuse.

6.3 Promotional Communications

By accepting Bonuses or participating in promotions, you consent to receive marketing communications regarding future offers via email, SMS, push notifications, or other channels. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings, though you will still receive transactional and account-related communications.

7. Gameplay and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Rules and Integrity

Each game available on the oklj Platform operates according to its own specific rules, paytables, and mechanics as described within the game interface and help sections. You acknowledge that all game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by actual dealers and physical equipment. Oklahoma does not influence, control, or manipulate game outcomes. All games are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing agencies to ensure fairness and randomness.

7.2 Irregular Gameplay

We reserve the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts if we detect irregular gameplay patterns including but not limited to: technical exploitation of game vulnerabilities; use of automated betting systems or bots; collusion with other players in multiplayer games; insider knowledge or information from game malfunctions; or any activity suggesting attempted fraud or unfair advantage. In such cases, we may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and payment providers.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of system errors, communication failures, or technical malfunctions affecting game outcomes, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. You agree that in cases of game malfunction, all bets are void regardless of outcome. Oklahoma's liability for any technical error is limited to the refund of the affected stake and does not extend to potential winnings, missed opportunities, or consequential damages.

7.4 Disconnections

If your internet connection drops during gameplay, any pending game rounds will complete automatically based on your last action before disconnection. Results and balances will update in your account once connectivity resumes. For live dealer games, if you disconnect during an active round where you have placed a bet, the round continues to completion and results apply to your account. It is your responsibility to maintain stable internet connectivity while playing.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8.1 Gambling Awareness

Oklahoma is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for most players, gambling is an enjoyable form of entertainment; however, we also acknowledge that some individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviors. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly, set personal limits, and seek help if gambling becomes problematic.

8.2 Self-Management Tools

Oklahoma provides various tools to help you manage your gameplay including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, and temporary cooling-off periods. You can activate these tools at any time through your account settings. Once set, certain limits cannot be increased for a minimum period (typically 24 hours) to prevent impulsive decisions during periods of loss.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

You may self-exclude from the oklj Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, make deposits, or participate in any promotional activities. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the specified period. Oklahoma will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening new accounts, though you acknowledge that circumventing self-exclusion through new accounts violates these Terms and may result in permanent exclusion and forfeiture of funds.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oklj Platform and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of Philippine law;
• Money laundering or using oklj to transfer funds related to illegal activities;
• Fraud, including providing false information, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in chargeback fraud;
• Operating multiple accounts or allowing others to access your account;
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages;
• Using automated betting software, bots, or other prohibited tools;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or game vulnerabilities;
• Harassment, abusive behavior, or threatening communications toward other players or staff;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our software;
• Circumventing geographic restrictions through VPNs or proxy services;
• Commercial use of the Platform including scraping content or operating gambling services using our platform;
• Any activity that damages, disrupts, or impairs the functioning of the Platform.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Our Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

Oklahoma reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulatory authorities. Upon termination, you forfeit all Bonuses, pending wagers, and any funds obtained through violations of these Terms. We may withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected violations.

10.2 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. We may charge a monthly maintenance fee of ₱500 on dormant accounts with remaining balances. This fee will be deducted monthly until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate your account. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in.

10.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges. Pending bonuses and promotions will be forfeited. Account closure does not affect your obligations under these Terms or release you from any liabilities incurred during your use of the Platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the oklj Platform including logos, graphics, text, software, games, sounds, images, and compilation of content (collectively, "Content") is the property of oklj or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without our express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, oklj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, interruption of business, or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from: unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security; third-party actions including payment provider failures or delays; events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions; or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Customer Support Resolution

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding the Platform or services, you must first contact our customer support team through live chat or email. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint fairly and promptly. You agree to provide all relevant information and documentation to assist in resolving your complaint.

13.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through customer support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and oklj regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether oral or written.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of oklj.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations to any third party without restriction.

14.5 Force Majeure

Oklahoma shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, internet service provider failures, denial of service attacks, or government actions.
